Camp Farnsworth in Thetford Vermont
Some images from the three guided hikes at Camp Farnsworh with Girl Scout Alumni Nichole Hastings with various troops from the Upper Valley belonging to the Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains. Brownies and Juniors learned about ‘Leave No Trace’ practices and principles, mindfulness of self and others, and appreciation of Nature. The hikes included walking a section of the High Trail, Nature activities, meditation, a visit to the historic 3 Gables and 7 Gables sites, and Nichole’s camp stories of her six years as a camper at Farnsworth.
